Who do I call for help?

If you need computing support, call the CAL help line at 353-0778 or email The CAL help line will be staffed 45 hours per week, 8am-5pm M-F, and the receptionist on the line will file your help request into our help system.

As previously instructed, those faculty and staff members who have been migrated to the Engineering mail and calendaring system should continue to contact the DECS (Division of Engineering Computing Services) support desk at 353-8891 for any mail and calendar related support issues.
